Magenta Lifecare IPO

Opening Date for Subscription – From 5 June to 7 June, 2024

Magenta Lifecare, a company that makes mattresses and pillows, is getting ready to go public with its initial public offering (IPO) on June 5. The IPO will be open for subscriptions until June 7. During this time, investors can bid for shares of the company at a fixed price of Rs. 35 per share.

The company aims to raise Rs. 7 Crore through this IPO, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 20 lakh shares.

Sattrix InfoSec IPO

Opening Date for Subscription – From 5 June to 7 June, 2024

Sattrix Information Security is going public with an initial public offering (IPO) on June 5. The company aims to raise around 21.78 crore rupees through this IPO. The price of the IPO has been fixed at Rs. 121 per share, and investors can buy a minimum of 1000 shares.

Sattrix Information Security Limited is a cybersecurity company that specializes in developing solutions that prioritize customer needs.

They aim to provide complete cybersecurity services to businesses in India, the USA, and the Middle East, particularly in the United Arab Emirates.

With this initial public offering, they hope to expand their operations and continue delivering top-notch cybersecurity solutions to their clients.
