Two big companies, NIVEA and Ponds, were in a legal battle because Ponds salespeople were comparing their cream with NIVEA's in a tricky way.
They would show customers that Ponds' cream was better by putting NIVEA's on one hand and Ponds' on the other, saying Ponds' was less sticky.
NIVEA said this was unfair and misleading.
Ponds argued they were just using a blue tub without NIVEA's name on it, so they weren't doing anything wrong.
But the court said that using the same color made people think of NIVEA, so Ponds needed to use a different color for their tubs.
