With the ongoing Lok Sabha elections, the mainboard segment will not see any new initial public offerings (IPOs) next week. However, the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment will remain active, with five public issues opening for subscription.

Here’s a list of five IPOs available for subscription next week:

Vilas Transcore IPO

Opening Date for Subscription – May 27 to May 29, 2024

This SME IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs. 95.26 crores, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 64.8 lakh shares.

The price range for the IPO is set between Rs. 139 and Rs. 147 per share. Hem Securities Limited is the lead manager, and Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd is the registrar for the issue.

Beacon Trusteeship IPO

Opening Date for Subscription – May 28 to May 30, 2024

This book-built issue is valued at Rs. 32.52 crores, consisting of a fresh issue of 38.72 lakh shares worth Rs. 23.23 crores and an offer for sale of 15.48 lakh shares worth Rs. 29 crores.

The price range for this SME IPO is set between Rs. 57 and Rs. 60 per share. Beeline Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd is the lead manager, and Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar for the issue.

Ztech India IPO

Opening Date for Subscription – May 29 to May 31, 2024

This SME IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs. 37.30 crore, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 33.91 lakh shares.

The price range for the IPO is set between Rs. 104 and Rs. 110 per share. Narnolia Financial Services Ltd is the lead manager, and Maashitla Securities Private Limited is the registrar for the issue.

Aimtron Electronics IPO

Opening Date for Subscription – May 30 to June 3, 2024

This SME IPO is a book-built issue valued at Rs. 87.02 crore, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 54.05 lakh shares.

The price range for the IPO is set between Rs. 153 and Rs. 161 per share. Hem Securities Limited is the lead manager, and Link Intime India Private Ltd is the registrar for the issue.

TBI Corn IPO

Opening Date for Subscription – May 31 to June 4, 2024

This SME IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs. 44.94 crore, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 47.81 lakh shares.

The price range for the IPO is set between Rs. 90 and Rs. 94 per share. Swastika Investmart Ltd and Ekadrisht Capital Private Limited are the lead managers, and Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar for the issue.
