Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea (Vi) have raised their prepaid and postpaid plan rates by 10 to 27 percent.

This might be disappointing for budget-conscious users, but the telecom companies provided some time for users to recharge with the old plans before the new ones take effect.

The new plans will be effective from Wednesday (July 3, 2024) for Jio and Airtel, and from Thursday (July 4, 2024) for Vodafone Idea (Vi). Here is the complete list of new plans from Jio, Airtel, and Vi.

Jio Prepaid/Postpaid Plan Price Increases

Jio has updated its prepaid and postpaid plans.

Prepaid Plans

One-Month Plans

• Rs 189 (was Rs 155): Unlimited voice calls, 2GB of data, and SMS benefits for 28 days.
• Rs 299 (was Rs 249): 1GB of data per day, unlimited calls, and SMS.
• Rs 399 (was Rs 349): 2.5GB of daily data.
• Rs 449 (was Rs 399): 3GB of daily data for 28 days.

Two-Month Plans

• Rs 629 (was Rs 579): 1.5GB of daily data.
• Rs 629 (was Rs 533): 2GB of daily data for 56 days.

Three-Month Plans

• Rs 799 (was Rs 666): 1.5GB of daily data.
• Rs 1199 (was Rs 999): 3GB of daily data for 84 days.

Annual Plans

• Rs 3599 (was Rs 2999): 2.5GB of daily data for a full year.

Postpaid Plans

• Rs 349 (was Rs 299): 30GB of data per billing cycle.
• Rs 449 (was Rs 399): 75GB of data per billing cycle.

• Rs 199 (was Rs 179): 2GB of data, unlimited calls, and 100 SMS per day.

• Rs 1999 (was Rs 1799): 24GB of data for 365 days.

Postpaid Plans

• Rs 449: 40GB of data with rollover, unlimited calls, and 100 SMS per day.
• Rs 999: 190 GB of data, catering to families, includes subscriptions to popular streaming services.

Vodafone Idea (Vi) Prepaid and Postpaid Plan Updates

Vi has revised its prepaid and postpaid plans.

• 1GB/day for 28 days: Rs 299 (was Rs 269), includes unlimited calls and 100 SMS per day.
• 1.5GB/day for 28 days: Rs 349 (was Rs 299), includes unlimited calls, 100 SMS per day, unlimited midnight data (12 am – 6 am), weekend data rollover, and Data Delight.
• 2GB/day for 28 days: Rs 379 (was Rs 319), includes the same benefits as the Rs 349 plan.

Extended Validity Plans

• 1.5GB/day for 56 days: Rs 579 (was Rs 479), includes unlimited midnight data, weekend rollover, Data Delight, unlimited calls, and 100 SMS per day.
• 2GB/day for 56 days: Rs 649 (was Rs 539), includes the same benefits.

Long-Term Plans

• 1.5GB/day for 84 days: Rs 859 (was Rs 719), includes all additional benefits.
• 2GB/day for 84 days: Rs 979 (was Rs 839), includes all additional benefits.
• 1.5GB/day for 365 days: Rs 3499 (was Rs 2899), includes all additional benefits.

Data Add-Ons

• 1-Day Add-On: Rs 22 (was Rs 19), offers 1GB of data.
• 3-Day Add-On: Rs 48 (was Rs 39), offers 6GB of data.

Individual Plans

Rs 451 (was Rs 401): 50GB of data with up to 200GB rollover, unlimited calls, night data, 3000 SMS, and one complimentary benefit (Disney+ Hotstar, Sony LIV, Sun NXT, EaseMyTrip discounts, or Norton Mobile Security for a year).

Rs 551 (was Rs 501): 90GB of data with up to 200GB rollover, unlimited calls, night data, 3000 SMS, and two benefits (Amazon Prime, Swiggy One, EazyDiner for 6 months, and the services listed above).

Family Plans

2-Line Plan: Rs 701 (was Rs 601), 70GB for the primary line, 40GB for the secondary line, with up to 200GB rollover, unlimited calls, night data, 3000 SMS, and two benefits for the primary line.

4-Line Plan: Rs 1201 (was Rs 1001), 140GB for the primary line, 40GB for each secondary line, with up to 200GB rollover, unlimited calls, night data, 3000 SMS, and two benefits for the primary line.
